PIP, No Cap is a practical organizing zine developed for Collective Action in Tech and the NYT Tech Guild, aimed at demystifying and countering Performance Improvement Plans. The design borrows from early desktop UI, union ephemera, and instructional manuals to frame corporate performance management as a system that can be interrogated, tracked, and resisted—collectively, not individually.
